Yannick Noack has been instrumental in helping PURS Restaurant shine with awards. With his many years of experience in leading gastronomic establishments in Germany, such as Restaurant Vendôme under Joachim Wissler, Villa Rothschild in Königstein, Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau and at Gästehaus Klaus Erfort, Yannick Noack has built up an impressive repertoire of culinary skills and know-how.

His creative Aventgarde cuisine is characterized by the use of high-quality regional products and combines French traditional cuisine with innovative elements to create an unforgettable taste experience.
