An evening dedicated to enjoyment, encounters and the personal signature of our chefs. You will experience a relaxed evening of indulgence with a flying dinner in an informal atmosphere at our CONVENT event location. Peter Fridén, Benedict Schulz, Remy Hennerici and Tom Meurer will each present a characteristic excerpt from their cuisine at various gourmet stations. Each dish represents the individual philosophy and style of the respective chef – authentic, creative and approachable.
The evening is rounded off with a carefully selected range of drinks including local wines, water and coffee specialties to accompany the culinary tour. “Meet the chefs” invites you to get to know our chefs personally, discover their cuisine and spend a special evening full of enjoyment and exchange.
